Physical health is what you want or what you think. It is also in the eye of the beholder. For myself as a mom and Mimi I have had many ups and downs. Down to 120 and up to 163. Hyper thyroid to Hypo thyroid. Eating junk to eating very little. Unlike so many it is a yo yo of physical that can become part of my mental.
